Simon joined Grant Samuel in 1995. He has advised on a wide range of assignments including acquisitions, business sales, equity investments and valuations for both mid-sized and large corporates. He has also worked on numerous independent expert reports for leading New Zealand corporations.

Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Simon worked in the Structured Finance Division of Bank of Scotland in London, where he was responsible for the structuring, negotiating and completion of management buy outs and buy ins and the provision of senior and mezzanine debt.
