Scott joined Grant Samuel in 2014 and leads the firm’s Equity Advisory business. Scott has over 18 years of investment banking experience, predominantly focused on equity capital markets.

Scott has executed over 130 equity transactions across the full range of equity offerings including IPOs, placements, entitlement offers, private (growth or pre-IPO) capital raisings and block trades.

Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Scott worked for J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank in both Australia and the UK. Scott is also involved in a board or advisory capacity for several non-profit organisations.
