Nick joined Grant Samuel in 2013 and has over 11 years’ debt advisory and capital markets experience across Australia and New Zealand.

He has advised clients across a broad range of industry sectors including non-bank financials, higher education, hospitality, mining services and retail. His experience includes corporate refinancings, leverage finance, structured finance, securitisations/warehouse financings and private capital raisings.

Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Nick worked for Deloitte in their corporate restructuring division.
