Emily joined Grant Samuel in 2022 and has over 20 years’ investment banking experience. Emily is a senior M&A adviser in our Corporate Advisory team.

Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Emily worked with Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Citigroup. Emily spent the first 15 years of her career as an equities analyst and covered Building Materials, REITs, Telecommunications, Steel and Diversified Industrials during this time, and ranked no. 1 through various published surveys.

Emily has advised on a wide range of corporate advisory transactions spanning public and private company situations across a range of sectors, predominantly Industrial companies. Emily has experience across both M&A and capital with her specialisation being corporate advisory. Emily has worked on capital IPOs, equity transactions, domestically and internationally.

Emily is also on the Board of Dexus Asset Management, which is the Responsible Entity for the Dexus Convenience REIT and Dexus Industrial REIT. Emily is also on the board of Kambala Girls School.
