Bridget is General Counsel, Company Secretary and Group Compliance Officer for the Grant Samuel Group. She joined Grant Samuel in 2009 and has over 25 years experience in legal practice in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Previously, Bridget was a Director at corporate and commercial law firm Watson Mangioni, specialising in financial services law, capital market transactions, private and public mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advice and regulatory matters involving ASX and ASIC.

Bridget is a Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and Supreme Court of New South Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
