Ben joined Grant Samuel in 2017 and has over 10 years’ corporate finance experience. Ben has worked on a broad range of public and private treaty M&A transactions, as well as strategic advisory, and debt and equity capital raisings. His industry experience includes software and technology, renewable energy, infrastructure, mining, media and general industrials.

Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Ben was an Assistant Director and Team Leader of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology team at Rothschild in London.
